Easy registration for COVID-19 vaccinations

An ID card with an electronic layer allows easy registration for vaccination against COVID-19 (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca). The whole process takes only a few minutes, thanks to the possibility of confirming your identity using e-ID

How to register for a COVID-19 vaccination?

We will need:

1. ID card with an electronic layer

2. E-ID Manager software (the program can be downloaded for free

here

)

3. Wireless e-ID reader (one of the following models):

compact HID e-ID reader

ACR e-ID reader

Before registering for vaccination, you must install it

e-ID Manager software

, connect the e-ID reader to the computer and place the e-ID on it. When the e-ID is detected, the software will ask us to enter the CAN number. The CAN number can be read in the lower right corner of the front of the e-ID (six digits).

The online registration process for COVID-19 vaccination is as follows:

1. Launch the website in a web browser

https://pacjent.gov.pl/

2. Click the "Log in" button (in the upper right corner)

3. Click the "Log in to IKP" button

4. Select "e-ID", then "NFC reader" and click "Log in".

6. Press the OK button to confirm our personal certificate and enter the PIN number (4 digits) of our e-ID.

The above process allows us to access our Online Patient Account, where a referral for vaccination against COVID-19 should be waiting for us. This referral allows you to choose the vaccination date, vaccination point and one of the available vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, J&J).

The IKP account also allows access to e-prescriptions, treatment history, scheduled doctor's visits, referrals and sick leave.
