Returns

Customers* can make the decision to return goods purchased at the NFC24.pl store within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply inform us and, after receiving confirmation, return the goods in good condition. We do not require a reason for the return. We will refund the money via bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days (usually the same business day).

Exclusions

Customized products made to order, according to a design provided by the customer, are not eligible for returns. Complaint procedures apply to custom-made products.

Returned goods must be returned in their original condition. Tampering with the original packaging, use, or testing qualifies the goods as defective.

Under the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a company purchasing a product online on a VAT invoice is not a consumer, therefore such entities are not entitled to return the goods.
