Research results indicate that almost half of Poles actively participate in loyalty programs. At a time when acquiring a new customer is associated with high costs, more and more companies are interested in the possibility of introducing loyalty cards to launch a loyalty program.

Most often, customer cards are used to identify the customer in order to:

- granting discounts

- collecting points that can then be exchanged for discounts

In addition to the most important goal, i.e. retaining and attaching customers to the company, launching a loyalty program along with maintaining a database of registered customers provides a number of other benefits:

- conducting direct marketing activities

- tracking trends

- tracking the results of marketing campaigns

- even better understanding of customer needs and habits

Loyalty card

The most common form of identifying a customer belonging to a loyalty program is issuing a loyalty card. Our offer includes contactless cards using NFC proximity communication technology. Loyalty cards equipped with an NFC chip enable proximity communication for quick customer identification. The NFC electronic system also allows you to store any information inside the card, thanks to which the loyalty card is also a data carrier about the customer.

The cost of launching a loyalty program

Owners of small and medium-sized companies are often afraid of the high costs associated with launching a loyalty program. Below we present an example of the cost of launching a simple loyalty program.

The basic elements of the loyalty program will be:

1. Contactless customer cards

2. Proximity card reader

The prepared price calculation for a loyalty program assumes that the company interested in launching the program has software that provides the appropriate functionality or the customer register will be kept in a spreadsheet-type tool. The offered proximity card reader works fully automatically, displaying the customer's ID on the computer screen after applying the proximity card.

1. Production of 1,000 proximity cards with double-sided print and a unique identifier saved in the card memory: PLN 1,500 net

2. Proximity card reader with keyboard emulation: PLN 80 net

The total cost of launching a loyalty program for 1,000 customers does not exceed PLN 1,600 net.
