1. DEFINITIONS
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean:
1.1. PASSWORD
– an alphanumeric string necessary for authorization when accessing the Account, set independently by the Customer during Registration.
1.2. CUSTOMER
– a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable law also a natural person with limited legal capacity; a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, who intends to conclude or has concluded a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service.
1.3. CIVIL CODE
– the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
1.4. CONSUMER
– a natural person for whom concluding a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
1.5. ACCOUNT (CUSTOMER ACCOUNT)
– a subpage of the Store where information about the Customer’s Orders is collected.
1.6. PRODUCT
– a movable item available in the Online Store which is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
1.7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– these Terms and Conditions of the Online Store.
1.8. REGISTRATION
– a one-time activity consisting in creating a Customer Account using the registration form provided on the Store’s website.
1.9. ONLINE STORE (STORE)
– the online store available at www.nfc24.pl, through which the Customer may conclude a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services.
1.10. SELLER
– Piotr Zastawski conducting business under the name IT Know How Piotr Zastawski (business address: ul. Szafarnia 11 lok. F8; 80-755 Gdańsk), entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, NIP: 669 220 34 25, REGON: 320118338, email: kontakt@nfc24.pl
1.11. PARTY
– the Service Provider, Seller, or Customer.
1.12. SALES AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT)
– a sales agreement within the meaning of the Civil Code concluded via the Online Store.
1.13. ELECTRONIC SERVICE
– a service provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Online Store.
1.14. SERVICE PROVIDER
– Piotr Zastawski conducting business under the name IT Know How Piotr Zastawski (address as above).
1.15. ORDER
– a declaration of will by the Customer aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. These Terms do not exclude or limit any rights of Consumers under mandatory law. In case of conflict, statutory provisions prevail.
2.2. These Terms define the rules of using the Online Store.
2.3. These Terms constitute regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

2.5. The Service Provider offers:

2.6. Technical requirements:
- Internet access
- Browser with JavaScript and cookies
2.7–2.11. The Customer must use the Store lawfully, provide accurate data, and not disrupt operations.
3. PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
3.1. Services are provided under these Terms.
3.2. Services are free of charge.
3.3. Account agreement is concluded upon Registration.
3.4. Account is for an indefinite period.
3.5. Order form agreement ends upon order submission.
3.6. Termination rules defined (7 days by Customer, 14 days by Provider in case of violation).
4. CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING SALES AGREEMENTS
4.1. Product information is an invitation to conclude a contract.
4.2. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery.
4.3. Price is binding at the moment of order.
4.4. Additional fee possible for low-value orders.
4.5–4.8. Order process described (data required, confirmation by email).
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery within 5 business days.
5.2. Delivery methods defined.
5.3. Delivery limited to Poland.
5.4. Costs shown during checkout.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. Bank transfer or online payments.
6.2. Prepayment required.
6.3–6.7. VAT invoices, reminders, and debt collection rules.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1. Consumer may withdraw within 14 days.
7.2–7.8. Return rules, costs, exclusions, and conditions described.
8. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
8.1. Seller liable under statutory warranty.
8.2. Consumer rights not limited.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
