MIFARE 1k contactless card
Proximity cards with the most popular RFID 13.56MHz chip. MIFARE 1kcards come in two variants. The choice of variant should be dictated by the planned printing on the purchasedRFID cards.

RFID card 13.56MHzenables wireless information exchange (writing and reading) with devices equipped with an ISO14443 RFID module. Just hold your Mifare card close to the reader to start communicating. Mifare 1k contactless cards have 1024B of memory and advanced options for authorizing access to stored data.
MIFARE S50 1k
The contactless cards are equipped with RFID systems compliant with the Mifare S50 Classic standard, which owe their popularity to combining a low price with a lot of memory. MIFARE cards operate at 13.56 MHz and have1024B memory (16 sectors of 4 blocks of 16B size). MIFARE 1k proximity card provides 752B for recording any user data. Each sector can be protected against writing/reading using a defined access key.
When writing information in the NFC NDEF format, the Mifare card allows for writing 716B data. Below we present information on the compatibility of Mifare 1k cards with NFC devices.
Passive RFID cards do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.

To print cards using a dye-sublimation printer (thermal transfer), you must purchase cards with a coating that improves the print quality. The achieved print quality is influenced by the model of the printer used, its calibration and the condition of the ribbons. If you have any doubts about the quality of the print, we encourage you to purchase individual cards for the purpose of making test prints.
