MIFARE DESFire EV1 4k RFID Card

Contactless Cards MIFARE DESFire EV1 offer advanced mechanisms security and a large amount of memory (4096B). The memory access architecture of the DESFire card allows it to be used independently by many applications/systems.

DESFire EV1 proximity cards enable wireless exchange of information (data writing and reading) over a short distance. We offer original DESFIRE cards with the NXP chip.

Security of data on DESFire cards

Memory allocation in MIFARE DESFire EV1 proximity cards enables independent operation of many applications, e.g. many different electronic tickets (public transport, events mass). Advanced cryptographic mechanisms guarantee the highest classofdata security, including coded wireless transmission. Security is ensured by hardware cryptographic solutions: DES, 3DES and AES (128 bit).

The most important security mechanisms include:

Unique identifier 7B UID: factory number without the possibility of changing its value

Possibility to use different keys to obtain an effective anti-cloning mechanism

Data transmission security: DES, 3DES, AES

MIFARE DESFire EV1

Proximity cards from the DESFire family operate at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. DESFire EV1 4kcontactless cards have 4096B of memory. It is possible to independently operate up to 28 applications/systems. An anti-collision mechanism ensures data integration when multiple NFC chips are within range of the reader. The devices do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.
