Original cards with the NXP DESFire EV2 chip, available in two variants:
- MIFARE DESFIRE EV2 2k
- MIFARE DESFIRE EV2 4k
MIFARE contactless cards DESFire EV2 is distinguished by a high level of security and a large amount of available user memory (2kB).
EAL5+ certification guarantees a high level of security when using DESFire EV2 cards for the purposes of:

The architecture of the DESFire EV2 proximity card security mechanisms has been developed in such a way as to provide support for multiple applications using one card. For example, one card can be used as:
- electronic ticket for public transport
- identifier enabling car/scooter rental
- card enabling payment of road/parking fees
- entry ticket to museums
- loyalty card

Possibility to manage multiple keys (1 master key, maximum 14 keys for each application)

Coding of transmitted data (RF-channel)
3DES/AES128 hardware security mechanisms to ensure the integrity and security of transmitted data
