NFC proximity key fobs enable wireless exchange of information (writing and reading) with devices equipped with an NFC module. Just hold the MIFARE keyfob close to the reader to start communication.

NFC NXP MIFARE Ultralight
Ultralight proximity key fobs operate at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. They have 64B of memory (48B ready for writing by the user). Any information can be written/read wirelessly on key rings. The devices do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.
