RFID TCPIP WIFI reader
RFID reader designed for wall mounting with the possibility of TCPIP network communication or wireless communication thanks to the built-in WIFI module. The device can operate in automatic proximity card reading mode or in real-time control mode from the software level.
The RFID reader allows reading and writing data on RFID proximity cards operating in the ISO 14443A standard. The device can be powered via POE or the included DC power supply.
We offer devices in two variants:
1. STANDARD - no possibility of controlling the electric lock
2. RELAY - ability to control the electric lock (API_ControlLED in control mode)
RFID reading in automatic mode
The offered reader can work in the recorder mode in which it automatically reads cards brought close to the device. The read data is sent to the configured server. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the configuration of the RFID reader allows you to specify memory blocks that will be read and sent to the selected location.
Reading and writing RFID data in control mode
In control mode, device control is carried out using the provided API / SDK or using a documented information exchange protocol. Communication is carried out via a computer network. The API / SDK programming interface enables, among others:
- LED control
- opening the socket for communication
- reading proximity card data
- writing data on the proximity card
Access control / working time registration
Wall RFID readers are most often used in attendance/time control systems and access control systems. The possibility of wired TCPIP (computer network) or wireless (WIFI) communication allows easy integration with existing infrastructure and software.
