NFC NTAG216 microchip
The smallest available NFC NTAG216 microchip - glass capsule
NFC microchip
Glass microchip measuring only 2.12mm x 12mm. The NTAG216 NFC tag is placed in a hermetic capsule made of glass.
The offered product is characterized by a very small size, resistance to mechanical damage and tightness that guarantees isolation of the electronic system from the negative effects of moisture and dust.
The NTAG216 microchip has a large amount of memory available for data recording, so it can be used for:
- sharing contact details (electronic business card)
- confirming/verifying the originality of goods
- marking small-sized products (logistics, warehouse management)
- applications of NFC technology where small tag sizes are crucial
It is possible to order sterile NFC tags with a syringe applicator. The syringe allows you to safely introduce the system under the skin of animals (marking dogs / cats / farm animals). Such a procedure should be performed by a qualified person with appropriate authorizations.
NFC TAG
NFC tag enables wireless exchange of information (read / write). Just bring your smartphone close to the electronics to start communicating. The NTAG216 NFC microchip meets the NFC Foum Type 2 Tag standard, which guarantees the ability to write/read tags by all phones / tablets equipped with an NFC module, regardless of the operating system: Android, Windows Phone, Black Berry.
NTAG216
NFC tags operate at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. The NFC chip used has 924B of memory, of which 888B are ready to record any data by the user. NFC tags can be protected against re-writing/deleting data. The devices do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.
