NFC cards operate at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. The NFC chip used has 924B of memory, of which 888B is intended for recording user data. The amount of memory of the NFC chip is sufficient to save contact data in the form of a VCARD electronic business card.
NFCcards can be protected against re-writing/deletion of data. The devices do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.
