RFID UHF laundry tags allow wireless identification of marked items made of textiles from a distance exceeding 4 m. Identification of items made of fabrics is most often used inhotels,hospitals,production plants,nursing homes in order to prevent theft and controlbedding /towels/work clothes issued forwashing.
Laundry tags are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class 1 certified.
Durable laundry tags for identifying bedding
The offered laundry tags are distinguished by the highest durability among this type of UHF tags available on the market. Laundry tags are designed to withstand over300 full cleaning cycles, each cycle consisting of:
- wash at 90 ℃ [15 min.]
- dry at 180 ℃ [30 min.]
- ironing at 180 ℃ [10 min.]
- sterilization at 135 ℃ [20 min.]
In addition, laundry tags are resistant to:
- mechanical pressure (60 bar)
- resistance to standard chemicals used in the washing process
- resistance to 24 kV electrostatic discharge
