MIFARE 1k RFID tags

The most popular 13.56 MHz RFID tags in the MIFARE S50 1k standard. Thanks to the use of large-sized antennas, they provide a significantly greater communication range and more stable data reading/writing.

The MIFARE 1k RFID chip is embedded in PVC, making it resistant to the negative effects of water. The size of the NFC tags offered is 90 x 55 x 0.45 mm, however, the PVC material can be cut to the size of the antenna (79 x 47 mm).

NFC tags enable wireless exchange of information with devices equipped with an NFC module. Just bring your phone or tablet close to the NFC tag to start communication.

NFC MIFARE S50 1k

The tags are equipped with NFC chips compatible with the MIFARE S50 Classic 1k standard, which owe their popularity to their low price and large amount of available memory. The tags operate at a frequency of 13.56 MHz. MIFARE tags have 1024B of memory (16 sectors of 4 blocks of size 16B), of which 752B are available for writing. Each memory sector can be protected against access using a defined key. When writing data in the NDEF format, the NFC MIFARE card allows for 716B recording. The tags do not have an internal power supply, so there is no need to replace/charge the battery.
